How does billing work and when does it start?
Billing is based on the number of connected client accounts in your workspace. You’re billed monthly, and charges automatically adjust as clients are added or removed. Your billing begins after your 60-day free trial ends. During the trial, you’ll have full access to the platform with no charges.
How does prorated billing work?
If you add a new client mid-month, you are charged only for the remaining days of that billing period.
What counts as a “connected client”?
Any client with at least one active bank connection in EasyBankStatements.
What happens if a client disconnects their account?
They immediately stop being billable and will not appear on next month’s invoice.
Are there long-term commitments or hidden fees?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no contracts, no setup fees, and no cancellation fees.
Do all plans include all bank connections and file formats?
Yes; every plan includes all supported banks, CSV and PDF exports, and full automation features.
Do you offer discounts for large firms?
Yes. Volume pricing and custom plans are available through our Enterprise tier.
